This page explains what happens to the data you leave when you order Hondrexil — what we receive, why we need it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to correct or delete it.

What we collect

Only what the order needs: the name and the phone number you type into the form, and the delivery address you give the agent on the call. The site also records the page the request came from, so we know which page produced it. We do not ask for card details — there is nothing to pay online.

What we use it for

To call you back, confirm the order, agree a delivery time and hand the parcel to a courier. Your name, number and address go to the seller and to the courier for that purpose and no other.

How long we keep it

For as long as the order is being handled, and afterwards only as long as accounting and consumer-protection rules require. Once that period is over the record is deleted. Requests that never became orders are cleared sooner.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type in the form is encrypted in transit. Access to order records is limited to the people who handle them. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below from the number or name you ordered with, so we can find the record. If you only want to stop the calls, say so and we will close the request.
