About naijajointreview.bio
naijajointreview.bio is an independent review site. We look at joint-health supplements that are advertised to buyers in Nigeria, read what is printed on the pack, and publish what we find — including the parts we could not check.
What this site is
Joint supplements are advertised heavily online, and the advertising rarely makes it easy to tell an ordinary food supplement from something being sold on claims that would not survive scrutiny. From the outside, in a short video or a sponsored post, the two look identical.
This site exists to slow that moment down. For each product we cover, the aim is a page that answers the questions somebody actually has before ordering: what is in it, how long one pack really lasts, what it costs, what the manufacturer says it does, and what should make you stop.
Who writes it
Pages here are compiled by the naijajointreview.bio editorial team. We are not doctors, pharmacists or nutritionists, and nobody on this team holds a medical qualification. We do not present ourselves as an authority on treatment, and you will not find an invented specialist with a photograph and a hospital name on this site — that device is common in this category and it is almost always fabricated.
What we can do is read a label carefully, do the arithmetic the advertising leaves out, and be clear about where a claim came from.
How a page is put together
- The label comes first. Composition, dosage, course length and contraindications are taken from the product's own packaging and the manufacturer's published material, not from the promotional copy that circulates with an offer.
- Claims stay attached to whoever made them. When a page says a product does something, it says who is claiming it. A manufacturer stating that a formula reduces inflammation is marketing; us reporting that the manufacturer states it is not the same thing, and we keep the difference visible.
- The arithmetic is shown. Capsules per pack divided by daily dose gives the days one pack covers. Set against the recommended course length, that often tells you more about the real cost than the advertised price does.
- Buyer feedback is published close to the form it arrived in. Comments reach us from readers and from a product's distributor. They describe personal experience, not medical outcomes, and we have not independently verified each purchase.
What we do not do
Stated plainly, because it matters more than anything we could claim
We have not tested any product in a laboratory. We have not measured how much of an ingredient a capsule actually holds. We do not manufacture, stock, ship or sell anything, and we do not handle payments.
We also do not publish star ratings as structured data, because we do not run a verified review-collection system and marking up ratings we cannot stand behind would be dishonest.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If joint pain is severe, came on suddenly, or followed an injury, that is a conversation for a doctor rather than a purchase decision. The same applies if you already take prescription medication — glucosamine and chondroitin are known to interact with blood thinners, which advertising is unlikely to mention.
How the site is funded
When somebody orders through a form on this site, their name and phone number go to the product's authorized seller, and we may receive a commission on orders that seller confirms. It does not change the price paid. The full arrangement, and what it means for what you read here, is set out on the affiliate disclosure page.
Corrections
If something here is wrong — a figure, an ingredient, a price that has changed — tell us and we will fix it and update the date on the page. Write to [email protected] or see the contact page for what we can and cannot help with.
