The arrangement

When you submit your name and phone number through an order form on this site, those details go to the authorized seller of the product on that page. An agent from the seller's call centre rings you to confirm the order, your delivery address and the final price. If that order is confirmed, we may receive a commission from the seller.

What we are not

• We do not hold stock, ship parcels, take payments or issue refunds.
• We are not affiliated with any hospital, clinic, pharmacy or licensed medical practice.

Product names and trademarks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products being discussed.

What happens to the details you submit

An order form on this site collects two things: a name and a phone number. Both are passed to the seller responsible for confirming and delivering that order, because without them nobody can call you back. We keep a record of submissions so we can tell whether the form is working and whether orders are reaching the seller.

We do not sell this information, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond the seller handling the order. We do not ask for card details, bank details or any payment information at any point — orders covered here are paid on delivery, to the courier.

What the commission does not buy

The obvious question about a page like this is whether the money changes what it says. The honest answer is that it creates an incentive, and the only useful response is to be checkable.

So: efficacy claims on our pages are attributed to the manufacturer rather than asserted by us. Contraindications are published in full, including the ones that cost sales. Where we could not verify something — a registration number, the quantity of an ingredient in a capsule — the page says we could not, rather than filling the gap with something reassuring. We do not publish rating markup for reviews we have not verified, and we do not invent experts to endorse anything.

None of that proves independence on its own. It does mean that if we ever wrote something the label does not support, it would be visible to anyone holding the pack. That is the intention.
