One address reaches us, and it is read by the people who write the pages.
We read everything that arrives. We answer what we can, as soon as we can — this is a small editorial operation, not a support desk, so we would rather not promise a response time we cannot keep.
What to write to us about
- A mistake on a page — a wrong figure, an ingredient listed incorrectly, a price that has changed since we published.
- A product you think is worth covering, or one being advertised in a way that seems misleading.
- Your own experience with something we have written about. If you are happy for it to be published, say so; if you would rather it stayed private, say that instead and it will.
- Anything about how this site works — how we are funded, how a page was researched, why we do or do not say something.
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with an actual order
We do not sell, stock, ship or deliver any product, we do not take payments, and we have no access to order records, delivery schedules or refunds. If you have placed an order, the seller's call centre holds all of it and we hold none of it.
The fastest route is the agent who rang you to confirm the order — that call comes from the seller, and returning it reaches the people who can actually look your order up. Writing to us first only adds a delay.
We also cannot tell you whether a supplement is right for you, what dose you should take, or whether it is safe alongside medication you are already on. That is a question for a doctor or a pharmacist, and answering it ourselves would be pretending to a qualification nobody here has.
What happens to your message
Email you send us is used to answer you and, where it points to a mistake, to correct the page. We do not add addresses to a mailing list, and we do not pass them to sellers or anyone else. If you tell us about your experience with a product and agree to it being published, it appears without your surname or contact details unless you specifically ask otherwise.
Details submitted through an order form are a separate matter and are handled differently — that is set out on the disclosure page.
